Currently, we only ship to the US. We are working diligently on international shipping options. If you want to be notified when we start shipping to your country, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put you on our notification list.
Orders placed before 3:00pm Mountain Time will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day.
When you select standard shipping upon checkout, you should receive your package between 2-4 business days.
Orders to APO/FPO, US territories or islands, and PO box destinations will ship USPS Priority and typically take 1-2 days longer.
A Special Note: Currently, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are seeing intermittent delays with USPS and UPS that may add additional delivery time. Please check your tracking info for the most up-to-date information, or contact us with any questions.
During checkout, we offer paid options for expedited shipping services. When you select UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®, your order receives priority fulfillment. However, expedited orders received after 3:00pm MT are not guaranteed to ship that same day.
Returns and exchanges
We do not offer returns on opened product. However, we understand that mistakes happen during shipment which is out of our control. If your product arrives in a condition that you find not suitable to consume, please send us a message and photo, and we will be happy to replace or issue a credit for what you have ordered. We ask that you reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase.
Be sure to reference your order number and the email address used to purchase on our website to help expedite the process. In the event of a return, you must first contact us before sending us back a return shipment.
If you need to make a return on an unopened product, please reach out to our customer service team with your name, email and order number. We will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note, shipping cost may be deducted from your final refund amount depending on reason for return.

If you have tried a product for three full weeks, and still aren't satisfied, please email us within 60 days to start a claim. We will give you a no-hassle refund for the purchase price of your product, or $100, whichever is lower, in the form of store credit. Please note, each customer can only use this feature two times.
